Why to take GPT
General Proficiency Test, commonly known as GPT, and students will be given 1 hour to complete it. Candidates will be scrutinised based on different parameters such as Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation, Basic Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, the English language, etc.
GPT Structure Overview
English Comprehension: evaluates a candidate’s verbal ability with the English language, including the capability to both understand concepts presented through words and to clearly express ideas using words.
English Language Ability:a test of ability to understand and use English. It provides for testing in speaking, listening, writing, and reading.
Logical Reasoning: measures your ability or aptitude to reason logically. Generally, logical reasoning tests measure non-verbal abilities.Logical reasoning tests measure a candidate’s problem solving ability. They assess the ability to come to conclusions based on logic .
Quantitative Ability: a cognitive ability test that evaluates candidates’ numeracy skills to determine whether they can solve mathematical problems, such as profit and loss, simple interest, work and time, number system, and percentage.
Data Interpretation: a pre-employment aptitude test that employers use to measure candidates’ data interpretation abilities. It is a tool to comprehensively assess the candidate’s ability to structure observations and recognize trends from different data sources.
